Havells had fragmented brand architecture bleeding millions in redundant spend. We simplified it — 35% cost reduction, 40% awareness increase. Abhay Prabhavana (42 acres) needed to make 2,500 years of Jain metaphysics accessible to a general audience. We organized it around four progressive interpretive layers — Understanding, Exploration, Reflection, Civilisational Insight — so every visitor, believer or curious learner, could find their way in. Jaquar had 5,000+ SKUs overwhelming their customers. We reorganized the experience around daily rituals. Nestlé Momentz needed premium gifting packaging that communicated luxury without clutter — we stripped it to rust golds, deep hues, matt finishes, and layered discovery. Simplicity isn’t a design choice. It’s a business strategy.
